plz help dont know what's happening

hey guys i dont know if this should be in the hardware section of the driver but i guess ill put it here. about 2 weeks ago i started up my computer to find that my start menu taskbar had chaged colors. I thought this was weird but once i found that i couldnt connect to the internet i got worried. So i went ahead and checked my drivers. When i opened it came up blank. I mean there were no drivers at all. so i just reformated and reinstalled everything when about a week later it happened again. I have no idea what is going on so if any of you guys now anything plz reply. if you think i have a virus then tell me plz so i know i have one and can try to fix it.

my comps specs are
2.4 intel processer
radeon 9700 pro graphics
512 dr ram

 

yes i have tried system restore and it comes up and cannot find any restore points, and also could give me a link to an online internet scanner if you know of one
