Pocket PC internet won't work, even though connected to my wifi

My pocket pc will connect to my wireless network, and it shows up on my pc as being connected to, but when I try to use internet explorer or google maps there is no data connection. It has worked in the past, plenty of time.s

I have enabled uPnp settings so my step son's xbox will network with my pc. I disabled this to see if it was the cause, but still had the same issue. My pocket pc wants to dial out, instead of using the wifi first. (My pda is a cell phone), I also used TCP Optimizer to tweak my pc settings, but I don't see how that would affect my pda. My wife's laptop and my step son's laptop still connect without any issues.
