pogo games not loading?

can someone help? i love playing games on pogo.com but all of a sudden i cannot get the game rooms to load... the second screen that loades where it states "loading game" stays there FOREVER! does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this?

i have sun java on m,y pc and it does not load..

yes zone alarms. could this have anything to do with it?

I know Norton Firewall does, don't know about ZAA.

It should be withing the firewalls settings.
Do you know how to access it to at least a certain point?

 

pogo slow tonight takes awhile i just left there.

 

i uninstalled zone alarm.. and this has been happening since thursday.. i just installed service pack 2 do i still additional firewall software?

 

Asuming do you still need a firewall.
Service pack 2 comes with inbuilt one, not so good though (better then nothing at all)
Disable java blocking if its set to on

 

where do i do that?

 

pogo is still not loading.. any suggestions? screen says done but nothing is loading

 

uninstall all java in add/remove
Go to C:\windows\downloaded program files and delete anything sun or java related in there.

Then reinstall the Sun J2SE 1.5

 

i dont know if this will help you because i'm not sure it is what helped me but i suffered from the same problem (pogo games do not make it past the loading screen) and after hours of searching the web for a solution i was unable to get the games to run.

internet options>advanced
under microsoft vm select java logging enabled
run an applet to open the java console
i performed the following operations
---l: dump classloader list
---t: dump thread list
---u: dump thread stack
i closed all instances of internet exploder
then i opened it again and went to pogo.com and the games loaded right up
