Pokemon Go I Will Never Play

I find that this game will be shut down soon.

Many many reason's way this game should be ban now.

People not paying attention where they are walking.

People can lure other players into a trap and Rob you and steel what ever you have on your persons.

People can lure kids out and kidnap them with out adult supervision.

People causing wrecks while crossing the road and not paying attention to the traffic.

People walking into a place of business like wal-mart or other stores like them can get people kicked out and ban from the store.Be cause they are disrupting the flow.

This can be on of many thing that can happen or all ready has happened.

I read a few story's that caused a kid to be Traumatized the child was walking on her own and found a dead body near her home.

I am sure there are many other issues out there wrong with this game.

What do you guys think of this game.

 

despite the already flooding of the news of bodies being found, police being harassed and harassing groups of children near government buildings, the idea that its only 151 pokemon, because an ice cream cone isn't a pokemon, and the truth being the game leads people into a subdued life of distraction in which their time and money is wasted on a consumable information, designed to inhibit them, through addiction, a false sense of community, and depression. id say, props for only making it 151, but ill stick to my gameboy color with my missing no. and my pikachu from the veridian forest like its supposed to be. that music only brainwashes me into a trance like state, like all people from the 90's, it doesn't shape my dreams into fearful thoughts based in a subconscience attachment to something that's cognitively believed to be good. i think that sums up my thoughts on pokemon go. old technology will always surpass newer technology because while in some ways it is less secure, the simplicity of it, and the ease of use, makes it superior and in many ways less vulnerable. backwards compatibility is hard to do sometimes, but every now and then, we gotta bust out the dinosaurs, and the megafaune we use to run them. be good to your parents kids, collect retro.

 

im' mr.meeseeks and i say older technology is better because the people who run it, have been using it longer. wisdom of the tool is better than sharpness of the blade. im mr.meeseeks look at me!

This game has not introduced entirely new social ills. All of those things have been happening for a long time already.

 

Sigh . . . it occurs to me I am one of those old people now. And where's my dang soup, whippersnapper?!

What is wrong with Pokemon Go is that people who struggle to chew gum while they are walking now are trying to play a scavenger hunt game on their phone while walking. Except that is not really the game's fault. The problem is that the people who don't know how to focus on their surroundings while occasionally glancing briefly at a smartphone haven't been in enough frightening/dangerous/fatal situations to learn the hard way, and until they do, they will naively continue to play this game, while walking into traffic, walking into strangers, and walking into dark alleys alone late at night.

It's only a matter of time before someone in the above group gets themselves or someone else killed or at least severely injured. At which point there will be horrendous public outcry and Nintendo will be forced to do what they should have done from the beginning - implement strict no-game zones. Cemeteries, hospital lobbies, and areas that have traffic, come to mind. And private residences, please.

All of that said, no one is forcing me to play the game, so as long as I am not inconvenienced by the people who do, I'm not going to waste time and energy on blaming every little thing that annoys me on this new game just because it became massively popular overnight. I have better things to do.

On a side note, falling off a cliff, hitting a tree, OMG the car veered off the road, darn stupid Tesla. Majority of this is stupid humans.

I don't. I'm an older person; I'm not a gamer. I have read the news reports about this popular pass time with some amusement.

The head honcho at our company decided that his regular horn was not effective enough while driving his truck, and dealing with people distracted by their phones.

SO, he ordered a kit an associate of mine and I installed a very nice, rather loud AIR HORN under the hood of his truck! It won't wake the dead, but it should wake up "stupid humans".
