    I agree.

    I think their job should be making sure people don't send out bulk spam emails. Other than that, it's unrealistic for them to monitor something like song swapping. Talk about micromanaging.rolleyes

    Big problem up here where there STILL isn't net neutrality legislation!

    The CBC released a documentary you could download via bittorrent, but ISPs have been throttling bittorrent bandwidth to discourage piracy.

    So, this is a another example of anti-piracy measures overstepping their bounds, and damaging unrelated net applications, and choking out innovation.
