Dunno if it works worldwide, but the best site I've ever found is www.free-ringtones-free-logos.com - only pay for your wap in UK which is like 2p

Sorry, can't help ya there. I can't even get ringtones for my phone. It seems like no one supports my phone and I just got it last year! It's a Nokia 3560 and it seems as though it doesn't exist!

No to websites all of the free ones I knew have disapeared or become paying ones.

If your phone came with a data cable you can find free Midi tunes to download they do sound similar to polyphonic ones BUT downside before you have a smiley face is that you would need a data cable for PC to Phone to upload them to phone

I do this with my Siemens SL55 ( came with USB data cable tho ) and have found 1000s of MMF ( siemens supports MMF format ) and Midi from various artists and tv/films.
