Doesn't look like the correct drivers. Have you tried to rollback the drivers to the previous version? Just asking...

    Windows 7?

Well, typically there is a rollback button in device properties, drivers tab in device manager, but I am totally not a fan of it. Only if you installed your drivers via inf is it more useful.

So, I am lazy and havent done research, but is that a laptop video card? Make sure you arent using the desktop video drivers for that card, they are different.

As an aside: unless you're a hardcore gamer or a very meticulous 3D modeler, the Catalyst Control Center is pretty much an unnecessary program - all you really need is the driver, which should be available as a much smaller (and less complicated, system-wise) download...

I would guess the best places would be ATI, or MajorGeeks...
    ;)

If it ain't broke, don't fix it is what I say. :-D

Why are you trying to update it beside the software being outdated? Trying to run software that requires newer drivers?

IMO, I would just forget about it and move on with your daily routine :

Completely agreed with da.bell - most video driver updates are made to address specific issues with specific games, and unless you are experiencing problems with those programs, there's really no need to mess with a good thing...
