"Pop-ups" on boot

I've installed WindowBlinds and a lot of other programes to modify my XP appearance. (Pretty much a lot of the things found on www.wincustomize.com)

Whenever I boot my PC or Laptop there's always some pop-ups about me buying the software. (I downloaded the free version...yeah, I'm cheap.) I'm not really up for buying the software, but I want to start using my computer promptly and the 'pop-ups' just wastes my time. How can I disable them?

    Thanks.

Guessing here as I don't use that software BUT as its freeware/shareware version of a retail version I would imagine thats a NAG SCREEN, only way to get around those are to purchase the app.
