Popups open with IE

Everytime i try to open IE, it brings up a popup for some casino. This seems linked to the time where everytime i open my buddy list for AIM a popup comes up. Anyways, here's my HJT log, hope you guys can help me out:

actually, its not whenever i open IE, its whenever i go to google.com, which happens to be my homepage

 

Well..after reading the HJT log guide, i was curious as to why i have O20...it was the problem. I removed it and its running fine now
