Do you need reminders, or only when you get to a certain site.

Outlook can remind you within its calendar program.

Free version of the outlook calendar is : lightning (still in early alpha stage).

like when i enter a site can like some windows popup and remind me to do this do that
for instance remind me my password or remind me i have to send an email to someone

Dont think I have ever seen a to-do or reminder app that was tied into giving you messages when you visit certain sites.

A to-do list, this one is good free and small and sits on the desktop rainlendar

or otherwise the apps theefool mentions above.

as for your site passwords.. type them up in notepad or word then use a secure passworded folder to store them in so the casual user on your PC cannot view them. WinGuard ( note: be very careful what you password protect, I woudl just suggest 1 folder to store your text doc with passwords, BUT also keep a spare copy of the docs on CD or floppy )
