I created a minecraft server and on the first night it worked fine. The day after it completely stopped working and it apparently blocked the port (25565) from my computer. I have literally tried everything from searching for answers on youtube to even calling my cable company. It might be my fire wall. I also am using a wireless connection so that may be the problem. Any answers will help, thanks.

Stopped working is little bit vague, can you provide some more information. Did it timeout when you tried to connect? Where there any error messages? Did anything change on the minecraft server or any of the clients since it was last working?

What did you ask the cable company and what was their response?

What kind of firewall are we talking about here? A hardware firewall/router (what make and model) or software firewall (what product)?
