Poser 8 Models

I hope I've got this in the right section, if not then dammit, but without wasting too much time I'll get onto my question.

I've recently managed to get myself Poser 3D Studio 8 on my PC, and it's a lot of fun, I'm not particularly good with it yet but I'm getting the hang of it.

My first question is, can anyone point me to some really good model rescource sites?

My second is can anyone help me find some specific models?
