Possible Hijack Google Browser

Hello,
I noticed today that my internet explorer has a new string attached to the end of it when I try to go to google. For example... https://www.google.com/#spf=1565983097776. I don't see this happening on other computers when I type in google.com. This leads me to believe something has happened. I recently got back into flightsimming, and have downloaded a couple of add ons. The sites are popular and reputable, and supposedly scanned for issues, but I don't remember seeing this until after I extracted some stuff.

I resetted it per your instruction, and I looked at my extensions. I didn't have any add-ons enabled. I'm unclear as to what's going on as I also have firefox and chrome on my computer, and typing google.com in the address bar doesn't give that weird stuff i showed in the link. So something has changed.

But you're confident it's not a virus, trojan, malware or anything like that?
