Possible PSU issue

I was running OTTC to stress test my system that has issues with shutting down when I play some games, and when I went to stress test the PSU, I noticed something that looks wrong to me with the voltage levels. I've attached a screenshot with the values that look wrong circled. Do I need to get a new PSU, or is there someway I can fix this myself?

 

I've just been taking a look at the screen grab and it appears to be reporting the minus 12 and 5 volt rails backwards, you need not worry about the -5volt rail as that was used in the old ISA slot standard and as your motherboard has no ISA slots it won't be used.
The -12volt rail is for the serial port but -11.65volts is sufficient if your using the serial port.

The problem here is the +3.3volt & +12volt rails are not happy. What I would do at this point is pull out a multimeter and measure those voltages as motherboard sensing chips are not normally to accurate. I find it hard to believe the system would start up and the hard drive initiate with such low voltages, they are probably higher than what's reported. If possible try borrowing a PSU before buying one as the motherboard could be dragging down the rails and you don't want to buy the wrong part but saying that it's unlikely the board would drag down two rails at the same time.

Looks like the main thing wrong is that the +12 and +5 value lines are crossed.

Thanks for the replies, I ended up taking the PSU to Best Buy to get it tested there, and they confirmed that I had a bad one. Now it's just a matter of returning it. Already bought a new one and installed it, no more random shutdown issues.
