Post start-up error need help FAST

Hey, i couldnt get into my systems bios supervisor setup becuase of a bad password that i didnt know i tried everything and then i found that if i press esc alot at start up it bypssed that, and it did and i changed the password, i have a cf-25 laptop, but now i ant get past the boot up and it doesnt start up windows. i get an error "163 system date and time incorrect" and then if i go past that istead of going to the setup i get a "your program caused a divide overflow error".... and it freezes, i dont know if im really in my bios or not becuase i get limited options, i cant find how to change the time, or any other critical option, what is the correct way to get into my bios? how would i fix the problem, i tried a bootdisk off bootdisks.com but it doesnt reconize it and want me to remove the disk. any help is good help im desparate. heres thet problem, (well first, thank you for replying so fast its appreciated!) i cant get to the desktop or even a dos promt. its a laptop (panasonic toughbook, and the manual says nothing really at all, just a basic, non-advandced system stuff) im afraid to take out the battery becuase it is taped in by the manufacurer and possible also soldered in there. im not even sure im at my bios window, its a setup window but it has no fetures that are listed that bios's should have, it has things like serial ports and disks srives but no ram option fsb.... sometimes when i try to shutdown there are 3 beeps and nothing happens, and when i do shut it dowm and turn it back on it goes back to the saame screen w/o booting up so i have to ctrl+alt+del to restart it. the first problem was "POST error, 163 date and time incorrect" but my setup screen doesnt even have the time. thats why im wondering if im at the bios screen.

 

Nope it doesnt boot off of my windows cd, remember there is a screen with an error saying 163 date and time incorrect, also when i try to get past this to load windows i get a screen that says your program caused a divide overflow error. what does that mean?

 

after relizing thmy laptop is designed to NOT boot off of a CD i tried a win98 boot disk, no luck, then i went to bootdisk.com and got a dos 5.0 bootdisk and it worked i got a dos promt. YAY now i went and checked all the autobat.dat and config.sys file ut i didnt see anything wrond then i typed in DATE and it said it was feb 2 1980, when i flashed the cmos i must have really ereased everything but something new that that was not the date and conflicted. but now im good to go, alittle tired from being up late but happy!
