   If its in the malware thread, then only malware trained professionals are allowed to post in those threads, other then that you should be able to post a reply to anything, unless the threads locked.

   If you have a question or thought on a subject its best to start a new thread on said subject as its always wise to dedicate a thread to your issue as it saves cross topics merging with advice that is confusing.
