Potential LSP or network stack problem

This thread is a continuation of two previous threads (located here and here). At first, this seemed to be a problem solvable by simply cleaning malware and spyware off of the computer, and when that did not work, we suspected the AOL software was at fault for causing a loss of all Internet connectivity (all programs except for AOL had no access to the Internet). After going through a lot of procedures, and replacing the NIC, it almost looks like this is an LSP or network stack problem.

I followed some LSP fix instructions, and rebuilt the network stack, but now I can't get the NIC to acknowledge a connection. Can anyone help me with this?
