Not sure how/where to report this (and it may very well just be me...and my PC?), but I was just denied access (by Windows/Vista-Security Center) to download a "potentially harmful" program from MG's.

The program that I was blocked-out of was:

    Paint.NET.3.5.2.Install.exe

Thanks...yeah, as I mentioned, it's very likely that it's just my paranoid, manic security settings.

I can't seem to get anything to download currently, but that zip file came-up differently than other things I've been dealing with.

Woe is me...thanks again...and I apologize if this was a false-alarm on my part.

Yep. It's a supposedly inactivate/disabled free software Firewall program blocking it...and causing other problems.

I will try (yet again) to uninstall/remove this thing...
