power failure loading SP3

    I was in the process of upgrading the laptop to SP3. I believe I got to the point of creating folders AND the lights(and everything else electric in the house went out). I have rebooted many times , even in safe mode. The message I get reads " lsass.exe - Entry Point Not Found" it goes on " The procedure entry point Equal Domain Sid could not be located in the Dynamic link library ADVPI32.dll" . OS is Windows 2000 Pro.

    Any thoughts to get her running again??
