Power now not working ....

    I have a mobile barton ( 2GHz stock ) im running it on a MSI K7N2 Delta. The thing is im trying to get power now to work ( auto CPU throttling according to load ) I know about the driver and i have it installed but its not working..... I found a utility CPUMSR that can change the CPUs maltiplyer in windows so i know power now will work ( it uses the maltiplyer to change the core speed ) any one have any ideas ?????
