Power now utility ?

    OK i need to find a power now utility to automaticly chang my mobile bartons maltaplier acording to CPU load. You know the whole power now thing but i have a desktop with a mobile barton but the mobo dont support power now but i can chang the maltapier in real time in windows with this utility and i was wondering if any one here knows of a utility like it that can do it automaticly acording to CPU load TY for any help........................
