    Can XP be turned off with the PC still on? They seem to go together.

    How do you expect the PC to turn on past a Bios screen without an operating system?

    I'm just gonna go out on a limb here and just tell you no. Just because.......well what your asking is kinda hard to understand and Insomniac is right you'll get nothing but a bios screen. If that's what you want then simply format your hdd and you can see that screen all the time. Otherwise there is no real way to turn off windows xp.
