Power Saving Mode. Trying To Disable

I am trying to disable the Power saving mode or sleep mode or suspending in windows 10.I am getting tired of hearing my speakers making the dinging sound when i walk away with system in full power mode.This has to be some kinda bug because i have gone through all the hardware section and disabled the power managing stuff.

This is what i am trying to figure out.This save power sound is really starting to get on my nerves.My system is setup for Max power and yet it still try's to suspend stuff or sleep mode.

This has to be some kinda bug does any one know of script that disables this option.FYI stuff will ding in my speakers in less then 5 mins after no mouse or keyboard movement.
