I have recently added a DVD burner, extra hard drive and a video capture card. Everything was exept the capture card. I thought it might ba a IRQ conflict. I changed the card to a different slot. Now when I turn on the system it runs for a second or two and power shuts off. You can hear HD and fans start, but it doesn't even start to boot. I have a 400w power supply and worked fine before I switched position onthe capTure card. What did I do? Thanks for your help

remove all hardware cept esential; just keep cpu video card psu plugged in. If it boots fine w/that stuff ONLY running then one of the other items are causing a conflict. Keep adding one item at a time till you find the fault.
