power supply confussion

    I was give a Retailplus+ 465w dual fan Power supply and have no way of knowing if it will work with my asus p4p800 se motherboard. Can anyone help?
    Have been having problems with tower shutting down when halfway thru a dvd burn. just installed sony dual layer burner. Thank Youconfused
