Power Supply dying

My PS has been really loud (can hear from two rooms down) for the last couple months. I've tested all the fans and deduced it was the power supply causing all the noise.

Here are the specs:

PS: Thermaltake XP480 400W

P4 2.8ghz (CPU)
Nvidia 6600GT (video card)
2 x 512mb RAM
WD Raptor 360 (hard drive)

The power supply came with the case I purchased (about 2years ago):

Here are the voltage readings from Sensors View:
VCoreA: 1.30V
VCoreB: 2.54V
+3.3V: 3.25V
+5V: 5.03V
+12V: 11.60V
+5VSB: 5.05V
+VBAT: 3.06V


I would appreciate any advice and suggestions on power supplies.

 

I agree with Tim except your 12 volt line is just a tad below spec's voltages should be off no more than 0.25 V, but I do not think that is your trouble sounds like a possible bearing in the PSU fan/s. Like Tim said PSU's are cheap I always keep a spare, any sign of trouble out it comes. Remember a faulty PSU can wipe out your entire system.

 

I've decided to look for a new power supply.

With my current setup (see above), I'm looking for a 400-500W PS that is quiet, reliable, and below $80.
I've read a lot of reviews and couldn't find a good fit yet.
Any suggestions/ reviews would be nice.

 

I run a 550 Watt 'Super Silent EZ Cool' and it is really silent, I still occasionally get caught out as I boot up and check to see if it is actually running, thats how silent it is, I highly recommend it.
