hi! i'm looking for a good video editing software.. I found that powerdirector 4 is very good.. I was looking at reviews and it was the highest. I read that it already won a lot of awards and that it very easy to use. My friend however recommended finalcut pro. says it was good. a lot of people are telling me that both softwares are actually good. i want to decide on which one.. so can anyone give me any ideas? which should i use? know any advantages and disadvantages in using powerdirector or finalcut? please help.. :)

Here's what I know... hope this helps.
Final Cut is Mac only. I don't know much about PowerDirector, but it looks pretty good according to the first site I found when I googled it-

Anyway, I'd like to recommend Adobe Premiere Pro 1.5. You can find it on Amazon for about $400... It's amazing. I use it professionally. I suppose if you're interested in a smaller, simpler solution, you should go with PowerDirector.
    Good luck!
