    Good day to ye!

I've installed Powerchute Business Edition (v 7.x) on our Win2K3 servers so that they will shutdown on power loss. However, one server refuses to be shutdown because it is running IIS.

Now, the Powechute software gives you the option of running a script before the shutdown sequence, and I figure this might be a good opportunity to shutdown IIS so that the system shutdown can complete.

I was hoping that I could confirm with someone that this is as simple as issuing a net stop command for the IIS admin sevice, and its dependant services, or if theres something more I should consider.

    Thanks for your input!
