powerpoint 2007 slide transitions do not work

    Hi,

    I'm trying to create a slide show in MS Powerpoint 2007 and it just won't work! I've followed the instructions from several sites including MS and I end up staring at one lovely picture with sound but no transition.

    Any ideas? needed for school assembly in three days time.

    Cannot post it on this system, too big at 17MB. I've tried building it again from scratch and I can get the slide show to work but when I add an MP3 music file the slide show stops working.
