prayers for son

My son, Michael, is going to Indianapolis to go to MEPS tomorrow so he can be processed and attend Basic Training at Ft. Knox on Thursday. He will be there around 10 weeks and then transferred to AIT in South Carolina (he wishes to be a Chaplain's Aide). He is in the Illinois Army National Guard and I am concerned that he will be sent to the sandbox or other "Hot Spot of the day" after he gets out of college in 2 years. Please keep him and all of our other fine young ladies and gentlemen in the armed forces. Thanks.

I think you already know that your son and those other fine persons are and will always be in our prayers.

You must be proud of having such a fine son.
