precious body mods

so im into body mods and i have some nice half inch gauges. i hear there is somewhere online you can get gauges that are made of amber, turquoise, just precious stones and other materials in general. i cant find this site, there are many that have fake ones but im looking for the real thing. i know this is kinda out there but i figure if you guys cant find it it cant exist. plus i figure surely somebody else out there has heard of this.
