preferred Wifi internet card?

    Am going to build my own Wifi antenna with advice from this site http://www.turnpoint.net/wireless/cantennahowto.html
    I'm good at things like this, so anticipate that part being a breeze.
    What I'd like to know is, what's a good choice in wifi cards for my PC and what do I need to know about them to shop intelligently? (or maybe I'd just take advice on a good card and shop blindly - you folks have never led me astray!).
