pretty clueless need help with partition

ok here is the situation

I have a hard drive approx 80gig in size split into two hales (c & f). I never use the f part and was wondering if and how I can get rid of f and have all the free space put onto c.

help would be appreciated

thats great i know how to delete it now but just to be sure before i do it will the space automatically go to the c one or will i have to add it somehow ?

Try a program call Partition Magic. You can merge partitions with the program. Never used it myself, but I hear it's really good. Here is a link.

Oh, sorry. I didn't notice it cost $70. I looked really fast and saw the word "free". I dont' know what to suggest then.

 

I believe it should automatically add the space onto the other partition.

I'd go with what ASUS recommended. Forget mine. I don't know why I didn't think of searching majorgeeks for a program.

 

I like using multiple Partitions, one for Windows, others for storage, then if Windows gets fubared, I can reload windows and my storage partitions are still in tact.

Some folks Like one Big partition

It's all about preference, to each, his own
