   I have written a document that I need to print but the computer I have written my document cant install the printer and the computers that the printer is installed on dont have the program I wrote my document in.
   
   Is there a program that will print to an image file or similar, so what ever would have been printed will be in the image file.
   (I cant just copy and paste as that will lose formatting, footnotes etc)

   You could hit PrtScn and paste it into any graphic program, like IrfanView, a free graphic program, or are you trying to do something else?
