Printed page cut off

OS = Win XPPro
Printer = HP5280

I was sent a form via email that I need to copy.
A small segment of the right side of the page loses about two or three characters when printed. The page sets up and prints from the left margin of the page. The right margin is about middle of the page.
When I preview it shows the cutoff.
Any thoughts would be appreciated

In the printer options, try shrinking the document. Instead of "100%" or "fit to page" try shrinking the output size to 90% or so.

Also, check the paper size listed in the printer default. I you are using letter (8.5" x 11") paper and the printer is set for some other size (like A3), it can cause problems like this.

I needed to do a better job of explaining.
When I copy what was on the screen to print, it looked more like one column of a newspaper had been printed, but the rest of the page (width wise) was blank.
So, you have a column on the left side of the page, too narrow and cut off letters from words. That took up only the one column, left side, and the rest where other columns would be, was blank.

I tried 100%, shrink to fit, and manually sizing. Manually sizing (60%, 80%, etc,) got it all on the page and more centered. However it is so small it is difficult to read,

I plan on calling HP tomorrow to see what they offer, it haven't found the solution.
