Printer driver not mounting?

    Hello. We recently reformatted our computer, of course without backing it up. We initially downloaded the drivers for the HP Officejet all in one 6310 printer off the internet, but now when I go to download it, it says "not mounted". We have a mac os x and we downloaded the driver for this system. Can anyone help?

    What is the file extension of the drivers you downloaded?

    Does the box that says Not Mounted have a title to it?
