Printer font size

LexMark interpret S405. My printer is printing very tiny fonts. I called tech support and they could NOT fix it. I use Firefox as my default browser. If I want to print out a confirmation of payment, I usually highlight and choose selection only to print. At one time the font size was readable but now I can't read it anymore. Tec support seemed to try everything but to no avail. Please HELP!!! I thank you in advance.

 

I confess I don't use Firefox that much; however here are a few tips based on Internet Explorer that may also work w/ Firefox:

* Are you right-clicking on the page and choosing "Print Preview"? In IE, it defaults to "shrink to fit" in the top of the preview taskbar. If you click on this tab, it gives options to shrink or enlarge the print.

* When the choose printer menu pops up upon clicking "print" or "print preview", some printers have scaling options (similar to a copier; the ability to print the page at 150%, 200%, etc. of normal size). If the first idea doesn't work, play around with this and see if it solves the problem.
