Printer Help Needed

I have two printers, but am only able to print to one. I can't print test page or anything else. Printer is powered up and online. Any help would be most appreciated. Thanks

 

Have you installed the drivers for it?

Also, what opertaing system, what type, brand printer?

 

Here's the scenario

She's running Windows XP
She had an HP color photo printer (photsmart 7660) - was runnig fine
Then she got a Lexmark Print Trio (It runs fine)
Now she can't get HP to work

 

Are both printers connected directly to the PC or are they networked or connected to print server?
In control pannel/Printers and faxes are both printers listed and shown as ready?
If any documents are waiting to be printed, clear em or delete em, then try another test print.
When two printers are used one is default.
Have you tryed to reinstall the drivers?

 

both are connected to the PC directly.
Both are showing ready and online.
Have cleared all docs waiting to be printed.
Test page still won't print.
Do I delte both printers and reinstall both? Not sure exactly how to reload drivers. Please advise.

Is this the same machine as in the thread below where you removed spoolsv.exe by mistake?
