Printer help

    I have a Dell MFP 3115cn Laser printer that constantly puts a yellow horizontal stripe about 2 inches wide on the left side of the paper only when copying. I spoke with some Dell minions and they suggested that it is the "Handler MPF Roller". Does this sound right? If so, what is with the yellow stripe?
