Printer messing up

    My grandparents have a HpF300 printer/scanner/copier thing, and it hasn't been working correctly. First the power turns off and I have to go and unplugg then replugg to get it to reset, then when the printer does come back on it doesn't print its just non-responsive. Any ideas on how to fix this problem? Thank you.
