Printer page print out

Alright, someone asked me to look at their printer because they said it was giving them problems. Well here it is, the page is coming out so the top of the page is coming towards them, and they need it so the bottom comes out towards them. I personally don't see the problem, and I have taken a look at it, but I haven't been able to "fix it". Any suggestions?

(And yes I know it sounds ridiculous)

Yeah I was confused to when I first heard this too.

The top of the page of paper is comming out of the printer first, (So that when removed from the printer the user graps the top and must rotate it 180 degrees to veiw it right side up). The user wants the paper to come out so that the bottom of the page comes out first (so that when the user grabs the paper they do not need to rotate the page to view it right side up.)

What I need to know is if there is a way to do this. I spent most of my time today just trying to figure out what they wanted (and a short ammount of time attempting to fix the problem before I had to leave).

I work with printers, and um the answer is NO. Without actually asking the printer to print upside down or rebuilding it so the print heads are the other way and the rollers turn in the opposite direction its not going ot happen. Unless you buy a printer which prints in the direction you want.

What are the using at the moment, I may be able to advise what printer does what they want.

ps is it really that awkward to turn the page round

 

Maybe they should take a good grip on themselves, forget about it, turn the bl**dy paper around after it has printed, and concentrate on something more important.
