Printer Problem With Dell 525w

My old Dell 525W printer is acting strangely. Yesterday it worked fine for printing out 3 pages and then it started printing only blank pages. Today it printed blank pages again. The ink levels on all cartridges is at around 40%. Any suggestions?

If I have to replace it does anyone have any suggestions? For every review praising a particular printer, there seem to be others saying the opposite. I need an all in one printer(print, copy, and scan), must be able to duplex, occasional printing of color photos, less than $150, where I don't have to choose one of those automatic ink plans.
