Printer Problem

    Hello,
    I have a Dell Color Laser 3100 CN printer. A few weeks ago, something happened and since then I have not been able to print anything off the Web. I can still print Word documents, or Open Office docs or PDF files, but nothing from websites (like maps, etc.) Can anyone help?

    Your version of Windows? And, what browser are you using? Did you make software changes (uninstalls, installs, updates) about the time this problem started?
