Printer Problems!!!

Hi. I just changed my black/white on my printer and now it won't print. It does just fine on tests but when I'm trying to print a document it doesn't print anything. Any ideas? Thanks.

 

you probably got some help panel telling you the ink levels and stuff on the screen, right? if you go into that and check level, what does it say?

my point is;
have you 'told' the printer you've changed the ink cart? my guess is the printer thinks it doesn't have any ink, therefore it won't start. tests doesn't affect that though, tests is just tests and you could probably print those even without an ink cart in.
