Printer problems

I having a problem troubleshooting an issue with our printer.

We have an old LaserJet 4 network printer. I'm moving all printer to a new print server. From a w2000 server to a 2003 server. Most of the printer that I have updated drivers for on the new server work great.

The problme with the HP LJ 4 printer is this. If anyone installs this printer on their computer when they try and print and email they recieve lines only. No writing. But word documents print out just fine. Emails will not print. I've downloaded and installed the recent drivers from HP's website with no luck.

I forgot to mention. When I print from my computer to this network printer I get great print outs of my emails.

Can someone please give me some suggestions.

Try saving the emails to the computer and printing from the saved email rather than from the email program itself had that problem once and that seemed to help
