Printer Sharing Issue

I have several Dell computers on a wireless network. All are running XP sp3. The main computer is connected to a Linksys wireless router and the two others are connected via linksys wireless to the network. I want to be able to print from one wireless (A) on the other wireless(B). Every time I try to access the computer with the printer(B) I get on A, the "Logon failure: The user has not been granted the requested logon type at this computer" message. I can read A from B and I can see B from A but cannot access any files or the printer on B. I have redone the network several times to no avail. I have searched multiple threads and I believe I probably have a problem with security permissions but I don't know which ones to fix and how to fix them. Any suggestions would be appreciated. I'm no expert so some of these suggestions may be blindingly obvious or horribly foolish, but I'll give it a shot while you wait for the pros:

1) The printer is set to be shared under the printer settings on machine B, right? Have you installed it under "Printers and Faxes" on machine A? (You need to do this even though the printer is connected to machine B.) If it is visible in Printers & Faxes on machine A, what is its status listed as? Ready/offline/unavailable?

2) Logged on as administrator on both machines? Machines both have the same workgroup name?

3) Are the "Print spooler" and "Secondary Logon" services running on both machines?

4) It might help to create a new administrator account on machine B which has the exact same username and password as the user account that A is using, then reboot. Shouldn't need to log in to machine B with this account, just have it set up.
