Printing Envelopes

Hi,

I am using Word 2007 and trying to print envelopes using a HP Laserjert 2200dt printer, they have worked fine before but now when I try to print it prints them out with the following sort of things printed on them;

-. /00*£*.920£%
40)*5"
4678(9

Any ideas as to why or how to fix the problem? Thanks in advance.

 

If this happens on other documents, then I would recommend reinstalling the printer driver. Go to the HP site, put in the printer name, and download the most up to date drivers. Then double-click on the installer and follow the instructions.

Thanks for the help, managed to sort it now. It was defaulting the font to an unknown font so had to set Arial to default and it worked!
