Printing Management Software

I need a printing solution but can really find any software that meets my requirements!

Basically what I need is documents (doc's, PDF's, Xls's), printed out with a bit more control. I need a banner seperating each job telling me what the name of the doc and perhaps some other details and also a list of files printed.

Is this a bit too much to ask or is there some software or similar out there that may do this for me?!?!

Any idea's would be great!
