I have Windows XP with Outlook 2003. Suddenly I am having a problem
when I try and print an email. I get a popup window that says:
An error has occurred running scripts on this page

    Line: 252
    Char: 1
    Error: Permission Denied
    Code: 0
    URL: res://leframe.dll/preview.dig

Can someone help fix this? Thanks

    Are you using IE7 Beta3?

If so, going back to Beta2 should solve the problem.

I am using beta 3. I am not sure how do make the change. Do I uninstall IE under add/remove and then find the IE ver 7 beta 2 and download that? Or do you think I should just wait it out for the final version of IE 7? Thanks for the help. David

I'm not sure how well an uninstall would go, you might be fine. I wouldn't think you will have to wait too long for the next one.

    Try this:

I was doing fine until I got to Today on the first part. The only thing on the right when I highlight Today is Default. I am stuck there. Any thoughts?

    So, when you got to:

    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\11.0\Outlook\Today

You didn't see any info on the right panel? Hrm, and you are using IE7 Beta 3....Have you done a repair install of Office? (Yes, I do know this doesn't fix the printing issue, but maybe it will fix the registry entries that should be there.)

    Can you save (export) :

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\11.0\Outlook\Today to a file and ATTACH it here (as an attachment)? You may have to rename the .reg file to .txt.

I (or someone else) want to take a look at it.

The onbly thing it says on the right is "Default". Can you walk me through what you want me to do? I probably will not be back on this computer until much later today. Repair office??
