Printing Problem

Hi all.
Running XP Pro 32 bit and I'm using Epson R265 printer. For some reason I can't fathom, Everything has a blue tinge when printed. Documents seem fine but if I wanna do a cover,etc. it's blue!! Example-Beyonce's new album. It's supposed to be black an white photo not blue! Missus gettin quite annoyed with me and I'm looking for the hammer!!(For the printer not the missus!!!) Recently installed Office and my daughter was usin it and the printer for homework-or am I lookin for excuses? Any suggestions? Cheers

 

Perhaps your color cartridges are mixed up in the holder, there are 6 of them. 5 color and 1 black.

 

Kinda dumb thing I'd expect of myself but not this time. Like I say, if I wanna just do text, like a letter or summit, it's fine. Strange one...!Thanks anyway

 

could one of the colors be empty? or dirty. there should be something in the printer properties to clean the print heads.

 

Tried all of those umpteen times. Unplugged, uninstalled, reinstalled, new driver, updated software. Totally got me. Needless to say, Epson avin problems with their support so no joy there either. Again, thanks
